We are a founder-led, AI-native team. Every role here is expected to use AI to work faster and at higher quality than a traditional agency hire.

About the Role

The AI Delivery Manager owns the work that makes our clients successful. You are the person who takes a sold engagement and turns it into delivered results, on time and at a quality bar our clients notice.

This is a hands-on, AI-leveraged execution role. We sell the work; you deliver it. You will run our AI optimization engagements and execute client deliverables across our service lines, working from playbooks that already exist. You won't invent strategy from scratch on day one. You execute proven processes precisely, lean on AI to move fast, and make the processes better as you go.

This is a behind-the-scenes role to start. Your job is the work and the quality of it, not managing the client conversation. As you prove out, the scope grows toward owning more of the client relationship directly.

Responsibilities

• Own client deliverables end to end so they ship on time and clear our quality bar without rework.
• Become the complete delivery engine for our AI optimization service within 60 days: we sell it, you deliver it.
• Use AI to produce and QA client work at a speed and consistency a traditional hire can't match, turning multi-day tasks into same-day output.
• Get up to speed on each of our delivery playbooks in weeks, not months, and execute them precisely across service lines.
• Keep multiple client projects moving at once with nothing slipping through the cracks.
• Turn every process you learn into a sharper SOP & process, so the next hire ramps faster than you did.
• Build 1–3 AI workflows or tools that improve execution speed and quality

Outcomes You'll Be Responsible For

The signals that matter: deliverables ship on time, work clears our quality bar without rework, and clients hold or improve under your delivery.

• You follow a process to the letter, flag what's unclear, and then improve the process.
• You pick up new tools and platforms fast, and technical work doesn't scare you.
• You are obsessive about accuracy, because this work lives and dies on details.
• You self-manage in a remote setting and move work forward without being pushed.
• You take ownership of outcomes, not just the completion of tasks.
• Based in the US

This role is likely not a fit if you:

• Want to own strategy and ideas more than execution.
• Need constant direction and check-ins to make progress.
• Avoid AI, or use it only at a basic prompt level.
• Want one narrow lane and resist learning across service lines.
• Treat accuracy and follow-through as someone else's job.
